It’s Almost Time…

To start losing weight! I’m actually looking forward to this.

I have my Tylenol ready for the headaches that I know will happen when I cut back on the Dr. Peppers. I won’t stop them completely, but I will cut WAY back on them. I lost 10 + pounds last summer just by giving those up. It was hard, but I did it then and I can do it now.

One more week…
