		<description>Oh my goodness, that's hysterical.  The thin thin lines of southern and southern.  My folks are Illinois southern and almost all of that is stuff I know all too intimately.  I was thinking most of it fits my "rural" living now, except the:

Put 100 Southerners in a room and half of them will discover they're related, even if only by marriage.

But then, talking to Cin, after gloating I was the only person in town not related to the town -- I sadly discovered...I am!

If you count my sister's first husband's second wife's new husband...then I'm related to that family.
